I am class i government servant who has taken loan loan of 24 lakhs from indiabbulls for ekdant project in surajpur greater noida. This loan amount also include insurance charges approx 175000/. On ist dec indiabulls has incresed2.6 5 margin to my home loan assigning reasons such as type of loan, loansize, type of security and risk profile. Making interest rate highest in the industry i. 12.25 %. Whease as for new customers they are still charging 8.8 to 10.5 % maximum. I have not defaulted till date and being govt employee i need to given minimum rate of interest. Now i have alredy lost 1.75 lak as insurance money so shifting loan to other bank will be costly. Further property in question has alredy been on default by builders. And plot possesion has been taken over by bank. What if india bulls increase 5 5 margion its simple their whims and fancies. Why they are applying same to new customer.
