Hi i have taken personal loan from india bulls consumer finance and now they are harassing me by sending only messages for payment of late deduction of money as fine which is not paid by due date. I have written many times to call me but they are not calling me instead they are sending me just messages and now they have send me mail. Their customer care services are very poor and i am not able to contact them anhow. They hve made their services very poor knowingly so that we will not contact them and their loan amount or dues incraesing. Please advice me what to do and i want to pay my installment by emi and not at once. They are just cheaters and nothing else which is shown by not calling me for the information. Pleast take special reference to their very poor customer services. Noone can contact them easily. I cannot
