Oct 01, 2021 Updated by riteshpatra7 Hello Neha, Today I again got a call from one lady Dhani agent, who again tried to just argue with me for no reason. You said me to send screen recording, I sent, the team failed resolve my query. I replied back to just enable 'cancel card' option in my app. But after 3-4 hours of replying, I got a call from one lady agent and she rudely scolded me why I sent email to Dhani support team. Her behavior was so rude and she cut the phone from her side where I was trying politely to make her understand what the issue is.
This type of behavior isn't acceptable at all. She was very rude because I applied for cancellation of Dhani One freedom card, that I hadn't applied ever even.
Please convey this message to her, whoever called me and misbehaved for no reason. I just need my dhani one freedom card to be cancelled asap. That's it. Why isn't the team able to understand this thing? I sent the screen recording file via email, but got no relevant answer to it. Requesting you to escalate this issue and resolve asap.

I request you to call me back so that I can make you understand what my problem is. I can't write 100 emails everyday.

Oct 06, 2021 Updated by riteshpatra7 Everyday, new things are happening with me. Today I received a call and she said to pay the subscription fees to cancel the card and when I said, my card is under trial and I don't need it, she cut the phone. She said she will call back.
What is this behaviour?

Daily I am receiving calls from Dhani Team and the agents are so irritating. Just received a call and the agent seems to be drunk. All of them are just forcing me to make a transaction on Dhani one freedom card. You have said me to wait for 30 days to get my card cancelled. And here, the agents are forcing me to make a transaction of Rs 10 or 11. What type of trap is this. There is no clarity. How can I rely on them..
Request you to please inform your team not to make any promotional calls to me, as this is getting really frustrating. Please look into this matter and cancel this Dhani Onefreedom card asap.
