[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — I Have paid the amount but it not credited to my

Every month they are auto debit the amount and it is not credited to my one freedom account and calls center are calling daily without checking the payment and I have mailed to dhani support till 20 mails i have send but no response till date they are only taking the money and not credited the amount to one freedom then how can customer can use the freedom Card to purchase and they are using activation charges 500 every month but after paying also they not activated the account nearly 9000 amount to be credited most of the people are facing same problem kindly resolve the complaint

TILL NOW THE AMOUNT NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AND ONE FREEDOM CARD ALSO NOT ACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT ALSO SHARED TO REPRESENTATIVE THEY ARE TELLING THAT AMOUNT CREDIT TO MY AC ON DATE BUT STATEMENT ALSO SHOW THAT ZERO AMOUNT RECEIVED THEY HAVE TOLD THAT WILL SEND MAIL TO HEAD OFFICE BUT I HAVE SEND 25 MAILS NO RESPOND AND CONTINUOUS CALLS AND SMS THAT TO PAY THE EMI KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO REFUND MY AMOUNT AND TO CLEAR MY DUE
