I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 35000.00 which monthly subscription fees is Rs. 707.00. I have cleared subscription fee for 3 month still my credit limit is inactive. They havent activated my limit till now from issuance of card. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my daily credit limit. Only they call and ask "it will take another 2days" . But after 90 days till now problem not resolved. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation.
Need immediate action.
