[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — IndiaBulls - Dhani one freedom card, credit limit not updated even after payment

Hi
I am customer of Dhani one freedom card. I made few payments on July 18th, 21st and 27th July 2021, but payments still not updated in my dhani app. I have sent 4 -5 mails on the same issue to [protected]@dhani.com with all my screenshots and have sent my Bank statement as well. But the issue isn't resolved yet. And i have spoken to customer care no for nearly 10 times, but issue never seems to be resolved. its been more than one more month since i made payment.
Customer care people kept saying issue will be resolved soon.

I cant able to use the card since its showing overdue pending, whereas i completed the payment last month itself.

Hi Neha,
Please help in sharing the Transaction statement from your side. Few of the payments i made its still not reflecting in my app. It would be great if you can share the overall Transaction of my Dhani one freedom card to my mail id.
Also help in getting the issue resolved soon its been more than 35 days my card is blocked and i have been my subscription fees without even using my card. Thanks

Hi,
It has been almost a month - but i haven't got a resolution. I dont see the issue fixed yet. But late payment fee alone is charged on daily basis. I spoke to customer care so many times but issue never seems to be resolved.
Kindly help in closing the issue soon. I dont see any follow up calls from anyone
