I am customer of Dhani one freedom card. I made few payments on July 18th, 21st and 27th July 2021, but payments still not updated in my dhani app. I have sent 4 -5 mails on the same issue to [protected]@dhani.com with all my screenshots and have sent my Bank statement as well. But the issue isn't resolved yet. And i have spoken to customer care no for nearly 10 times, but issue never seems to be resolved. its been more than one more month since i made payment.
Customer care people kept saying issue will be resolved soon.
I cant able to use the card since its showing overdue pending, whereas i completed the payment last month itself.

I am not getting any resolution even after calling customer care and also spoke to nodal officer.kindly let us know how to proceed further on this.. issue is not resolved yet
