In Reference to query[protected] regarding processing fee charge in genuine way.
( Lead id : [protected] & Registered Mob No. [protected] ) & My loan ref no. 1076954
I have not receive a single document from (IBFL) side, Where particular mention that Rs.4720 /- amount will be charged and that amount is non-refundable.
Please go through the attachment and self check ( Signed Cheque by me its a paid checque) and also mention that the amount paid through cheque not mention anywhere its refundable / non-refundable.
Please make transparency with the customer, that will lose the trust of Customer towards your organisation (IBHL). More than a month was over, There is not a single document was produced from your end that you will charge a non-refundable security amount from the customer.
Your One of executive was also respond me that ( Non-Refundable ) Fee Rs. 1200/- Charges from our customer as a login fee, In your case I will reimburse the amount Rs.4720- Rs.1200 = Rs.3520 /-
But After the giving confirmation same thing happen again and they replied :We would like to inform you that the processing fee of Rs.4720/- is collected as an up-front payment for the processing of loan application irrespective of the sanctioning or cancellation of loan application hence the same is non-refundable.
Please at least share a single document from your end that particular mention that, I am ready to pay non refundable amount processing fee of Rs.4720/- from our end.
Next Time please ask the customer paid through cheque and clearly mention on cheque that the amount will non-refundable will charge for the processing of loan application .
At last I have no so much time in my hand that, I will move out here and there and lodge a complaint again and again, Its your desire you will refund the amount or not because you self know Customer was right at this stage, that is why not a single document was produced by you.

When I connect to Toll Free No.[protected]IBFL Customer Care ) Nobody will recognize me and unable to fetch find out detail of my loan application ( My loan ref no. 1076954 ), I was harassed last 3 months and Indiabulls provide excuses every time.
Next time I never recommend ( IBFL) to anyone because my experience was totally bad.
