Date of incident: 02.01.2019 (On the same due date also) Toll-free:[protected], i was taken loan about rs. 5000 through indiabulls dhani mobile application. I paid 2 emis correctly, both times bounced and waived, Now, i already paid my third emi this month. The same thing repeated. I tried to pay emi on 02.01.2019 due date. But the app shows system maintenance in progress like that. But mentioned wrong details like overdue and bounce charges in their mobile application and statement also. Both are different amounts shows, statement shows rs.1416 and app shows rs.2307. I am attaching which i purchased this month emi and overdue screenshots and screenshots. I already paid my emis as per correct date and i won't need to pay bounce charges and extra charges. Last time also, 2 months emis you bounces and waived. Every month bounced? Why?
