Hello Sir/mam My name is mahfuj Alam
And i am from kolkata i was taken loan from indiabulls dhani of amount 3, 150 Rupeees and my emi was due of some reason then they send me notice to close the acoount or do sattlement and finally i had choose sattle option and i complete sattlement amount of 3, 500 rupees i give them On 23-Nov-2021 For close my loan but still they didn't close my loan still showing ovedue when i try to call them or contact them they didn't gave any response please solve my issue because my cibil also effected
