[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Loan payments cleared but they didn't closed my loan ids

Registered number- [protected] Registered email id- das.[protected]@gmail.com I taken two loans from Dhani IPERKOL06044472 IPERKOL05768496 On june 25, 2020. I paid my all 6months EMIs and charges at one go through paytm and phonepe. All dues are cleared but still Dhani didn't closed my those two loan ids. Kindly close my loan ids ASAP bcoz i have cleared all my dues from my end today and will not pay any further charges/penalties/bounce. Both loans 6months EMIs and All charges were paid yesterday by me through your app. But why are you not clossing my loan ids? Listen very carefully, i will not pay anymore charges on these loans because i cleared all my dues yesterday from my end.i want dhani to CLOSE my loan ids ASAP otherwise i will take legal action against you guys for cheating and will not suggest anyone to take loan from Dhani.
