I have got a call from your agent on April 16th and stating that, we have a offer if you foreclose your personal loan account this month you will get a new loan with double sanctioned amount. I asked them this is confirm approval, they said yes surely you will get new loan.i told them I have some issues in my cibil, they told we won't check for cibil this new loan and this is for purely existing customer. So I lend money from my friends to foreclose this loan account and I have done forclosure, now i tried to contact your customer service email and they are saying there is no offer for you. I need to pay back money to my friends.can you please solve my problem to get this loan otherwise payback my money already I paid for foreclosure.here attached audio file with customer care agent
