IndiaBulls — Medicines neither processed neither received any refund

I ordered medicines 5 medicines on 23rd May for the cost of Rs 3332/- and paid the money online out of the 5 medicine i ordered I recieved only 1 covid kit which was provided for free by Dhani and the rest medicines which were at cost were not delivered and I tried calling customer care and mailed them but got no replies from mail . And customer care different representative said different things Someone said order will be delivered Someone said order is cancelled and refund will be in 47 days . No resolution was given and now they are not even picking up the call and not replying to mails .
