IndiaBulls — My due payment not happening after sufficient prepaid balance having in dhani wallet

I have 1600 rs in dhani wallet and my due amount is only 500 rs still I am getting error of insufficient wallet balance so kindly help i don't want any charges for their technical issue if I make due payment amount get credited in dhani wallet but due payment not happen so help
