[Resolved] IndiaBulls — My transaction failed at paytm merchant but money debited my Dhani pay wallet and not refunding

On 4th May2021 at 3:11 a.m., I made a transaction of ₹10000 on PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS merchant but it failed at merchant whereas money got debited from dhani wallet. Despite mailing them with all the issue highlighted screenshot many times with accurate details they misinterpret the disputed transaction and starts considering another transaction as issue and wastes much of time, when I calls them on phone they again and again asks to mail.
