IndiaBulls — Neither processed my medicine order nor refunding my money.

I have placed two separate orders for medicines on Indiabulls Dhani App one on 15th and another on 16th of May 2921. Promised time for delivery was 2 to 4 days. After not getting any update I started contacting them. The Customer Care number is no reachable most of the time. When someone accidentally picked up my calls asking me to speak in a language that I do not know or hanging up the call for 50 minutes. They haven’t responded to 8 of my emails in last seven days. All my complaints are falling on deaf ears. In a nutshell I have been cheated by Rs. 3500/ by that company over two medicine orders. My registered mobile number with the company is [protected] and that is the identifier for my orders.

Update: The company refunded my money today, after plenty of complaints to their emails and social media. However, the money was not sent back to the original payment method, but added to wallet. If i want to get the money to my bank account then I’ve to pay a 2.5% service charge + GST. Well, it is my cost of dealing with a company not known to you. I suggest all boarders, not to be trapped by the brand, if you get into it then your BP will shoot up. It is really difficult to deal with a company where everyone are deaf and dumb.

Edit 2: The money transferred to my bank account after deducting a Dhani Wallet charge of Rs. 86/-. Then in the evening of 28th May 2021, Bludart dropped a box at my door, and after opening the box i found a part of my first order that was showing as "cancelled" in my app since 20th of May in that box. Now what i am expected to do with these medicines. Because the course of antibiotics, probiotics and anti-allergic medicines is completed a couple of days ago, and i have stocked other medicines from other stores. Also, after seeing the delivery i realised that even it was delivered in time still it was no use for me, as only one of two antibiotics are delivered, and two other supporting medicines are not availablle in the box. I have stored the box with full contents inside it.

Your team definitely did call me, but they have no resolution to offer as i understand everything stands against the company policy of Dhani. So sorry to hear. I even could not convine her that when some money deducted from wallet and converted to EMI (without my knowledge, needless to say) and if the product is not delivered then I am liable to get that money back and pending EMIs removed from my account. But everything in vein, as the all powerful "Company policy" is in force.

No proper response from Dhani yet. dozens of meaningless phone calls, where callers tried to convince me about the internal policy of Dhani, never apologized for not delivering my orders, and when i almost forgot everything they deducted around Rs. 180/- from my bank account and again send me a reminder for a payment of Rs. 217/- for those same medicine orders that they have never delivered, but claimed that they converted a part of that payment to interest free emis. Now also sent me emails sayig why i should keep my payment history clear! Never experienced such a complex online shopping experience.
