IndiaBulls — No response from the customer Care

I have a Home Loan from IndiaBulls as an NRI customer.
The only means of communication with IndiaBulls is thru email, and regret to inform the response time is sometimes several days.
There is no way to contact over the phone. The toll free number is not accessible from outside India. I am surprised they have so many NRI customers. They should have a telephone number which can be dialled from outside India as well.
From last several days I have requested a Foreclosure statement, but no response so far.

Updated by ashwani_008 Thank you for the response. I managed to get the statement this time. However, the main issue still remains. Why there is no customer care number that can be dialed from outside India? It is not a good idea to reach you thru a third-party platform, especially the complaints one. Every time we cannot rely on email. I can only request you to look into this matter seriously. Just a normal number (not toll-free) that can be dialed from outside India and it can connect to the same existing network. It is not a big deal. Thank you. And I hope you may consider this suggestion/feedback.
