[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — No reversal on failed transaction for one freedom card EMI

Hello Team,
I have not received any reversal for failed payment f Rs.3960 transacted on 1st Mar 2022 for one freedom card via Razar pay. I have already enquired with Axis bank and the transaction was successful as informed by the bank. I have already provided the bank account statement for Mar 2022. I am frustrated with customer care followup and poor service. Please provide the assistance on priority.

Dhani customer support was quite slow in resolving the issues even after providing the account statement from last one month and continuous followups. Never expected such pathetic service from such NBFC controlled by RBI.

Hello Team,
I have received the chargeback of Rs.3930 on 12th Apr 2022. Reduce the amount reversal period in terms of failed transaction to avoid any future complaints from customer.

Hello Neha,
I had already reported the failed transaction details via [protected]@dhani.com. But the same reply and no active resolution. I need to report the same to RBI and my legal team for further action. This shall be reported in the public domain for pathetic customer support provided by Dhani.
