I am trying to make my outstanding payment which shows for 1 inr however it doesn't allows to make payment. The payment was already taken in dhani wallet but it didn't go through against subscription fee.

Due to which I am not able to obtain my credit line.
Please activate my credit line asap.
Is have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls however I am getting generic email o[censored]ninstall app etc. Which I have done many time still no luck.
Can you escalate this to Mr. Gehulat your CEO as I am tired of writing emails to you and haven't got resolution.
