[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Not cancelling my one freedom plan

Hi,
My name is Raghav Malhotra . By mistake i have activated the one freedom plan and they charged 500rs for it . I want to cancel that plan i got cancelling option on "5th Feb 2021" i cancelled my plan still its active i contacted customer support they are not responding me, i visited their office still no response what should i do . This is a fraud company . Please help me . I am attaching the screenshots

Updated by Raghu1995 The loan is still active .. i have cancelled it on 5th feb 2021 .. i went to their office they said it will automatically deactivate within 7-8 working days . Still its active . Please take an action regarding this fake fraud company. I am attaching screenshots

I m rajmani singh and my mob. No. I is [protected] .Cancel my plan of Dhani One Freedom Plan and Cancel my n-Ach Mandate ( ECS ) with associated with S. B. I. Bank, due to financial issue I am unable to continue the membership of Dhani One Freedom Plan and Dhani digital card.i have already deactivate my digital card.
