[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Not providing NOC for foreclosed account

I took a personal loan from Indiabulls in the year 2019. And my last emi tenure was supposed to be ending on December 2021. My emi was 1490/- and it was automatically being debited from my bank account on 2nd of every month. For past two months due to some updates from the RBI, they are not able to auto debit emi from my bank account, so some agent from india bulls calls and sends a razor pay link to manually pay the emi. After I have manually paid the emi of October, one representative from India bulls called me and told me that if I want to foreclose the account then I have to pay only 1750/-. This call came to me on 20th October. As I accepted that offer, she sent me a razor pay link to make the payment of 1750/- (Please note that this was not a scam call as I have thoroughly checked the authenticity of the call. It did came from the India bulls office.) Ok now back to the story...I paid the amount of 1750/- rupees through the razor pay link. In this amount 1490/- was the emi for november and 224/- was the emi for december and there was some overdue charges like 36/- or so(1490+224+36=1750). When this agent called me, she said that they will close my loan account in 4 days and provide me the NOC. So I waited for this time, but after 4 days I didn't get the NOC and on the 6 th day the same agent calls me again and asks for the emi . I told her that I have already paid the entire amount and waiting for my NOC. So she did some background check while I was on the call and told me that they already received the payment and the NOC will be provided in the next 10 days. Already I was waiting for 4 days but now she says 10 days. Anyway I agreed to wait for 10 days but on the 5th say or 6th day she again calls me and asks for the emi...I again told her that the payment was already done...she again goes for checking and says the emi is received and the NOC will be provided in another 10days. Now I really got frustrated, so wrote a complaint to the Indiabulls dhani through their official Facebook chat. And customer support executive called me back and said that NOC procedures is taking time due to emi presentation is going on and said that I will get NOC in 10 days as said by the agent before. During all these time I was also checking the Dhani app and making sure that the emi I paid is updated. And now the emi for the month of November is shown as paid even in the app, but the agents are calling me every day to make the payment for November . Also the December months payment of 224/- rupees and OD charge 36/- rupees is not yet updated even in the app. Also they are charging me OD charging me OD charges while I have paid them entire amount.

I just want Indiabulls to provide me the NOC soon and close my active loan account.

The loan account is now showing as foreclosed in dhani app and also an NOC was sent to my mail id. But when I check the CIBIL score, the loan account is still showing active. So this may affect my credit score. So please update my loan status.
