I've been using Dhani's One Freedom credit line from March 2021. There hasn't been any delay in payments from my end.
Towards the end of November 2021, I received a text on my registered mobile number that my credit limit had been increased, the text contained a link upon clicking on which I was redirected to Dhani's website.
Since this incident, I'm unable to use my One Freedom credit, as the application says that the service is inactive (there are no pending dues).
I called Dhani's helpline and representative informed me that my One Freedom account is active and that this is a technical glitch, and I was told to send an e-mail to [protected]@dhani.com.
I have already tried clearing cache/app data and have also reinstalled the application.
I've already paid the subscription fee for December 2021, and the fee for January 2022 HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT but my One Freedom Services are still inactive.
I've tried mailing them multiple times but have not received any replies. Was this information helpful? |
