IndiaBulls — Order refund from Dhani Pharmacy

I have placed order Dec 2021 and received wrong medicine. I have returned the medicine but still havent received the refund yet.
I am following up with customer service through chat, call, mails since one and half months but not getting any resolution.

I got the response one time that 21st Dec refund has been processed but i havent received at all.
I have provided my bank statement also through mail for the confirmation that i havent received any refund but not getting mail response too
