I have sufficient balance in my bank account on 2nd of may 2019 which was the payment date for emi deduction. But there was no deduction of emi amount on that day even though i have sufficient balance in my account. And now im facing an overdue amount on my account. I have my bank statement of that day which shows that i had enough balance in my account. Now they are charging me overdue amount every month. I had already sent them mail but they didn't even reply back
