[Resolved] IndiaBulls — Paid EMI successfully. But still system not updated and received call and messages regarding this complaint

Paid all loan EMI payments successfully (February month payment) and No overdue payments but still application showing overdue EMI amounts and still receiving messages regarding payments.

Bank account was maintained sufficient balance for EMI amount. But EMI not auto deducted from Dhani side, and I informed to Dhani customer support team regarding this issue but no proper response from Dhani side. After I paid both EMI payments manually. But still system not updated the payments, still showing EMI overdue.

Dhani asking for EMI bounced charges. But I am not ready to pay this because all technical issues from dhani side, as a good credit customer my side is very clear and honest. resolve this issues and update the systems.
