[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Payment Done of 868 Rs But Loan Account Not Closed

Hi Sir/Mam,

I am Pawan Kumar. I got loan of 10, 000 Rs from dhani. Personal Loan A/No - IPERDEL01876200. Disbursement Date[protected]. Today 07/01/2022 I have received a call from [protected] and person name is Gaurav Sharma, he call me regarding pay overdue ammount and told me just pay only 868 Rs for your loan account closure and we will close your account within two minutes. I have done payment through phonepe with mobile number - [protected] but not received any message from your side. Gaurav Sharma told me we will send NOC letter at your home address and also you will received sms of account closure in 2 minutes. Please let me know when I will received account closure letter, mail and sms. When will be update my payment status in Dhani App. I also checked in Dhani app their is showing overdue amount 2893 Rs. I am feeling cheated from your company. I want to know about my payment of 868 Rs for what purpose your company gets the payment from me and why you are not updating my loan account status. Please close my LOAN account ASAP,
