IndiaBulls — Payment failed but refund not received

Address:Indiabulls House 448-451 Udyog Vihar Phase V Gurugram - India

I do a transaction of 4000 and that transaction is not successful but wallet balance is cut And i not get Refund...so please refund my wallet balance 4000rs .
