I was sanctioned a pl loan based on application made thru app and reference was pl06941890 It was assigned to person with mobile no[protected] to collect documents - one cheque, salary slip, proof of residence & proof of identity on 06 june But the assigned person did not collect the docuemnts stating that unless a bank statement is provided, he will not collect the same and was rude along with his manager I had stated that since the email and sms from india bulls did not state a bank statement, the same need not be provided However they refused to come and collect the other documents B ganesh -[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
