[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Refund my money 500

On 31st January ₹500 transaction failed & money wasn't added to dhani wallet but got debited from my account.dhani customer care said that amount will get refunded in 5-7 days but it's been 10 days & still not got ₹500 back.
What's this service by dhani not refunding ₹500 or adding to wallet after failed transaction.

No steps taken by the company.They just said to wait 7-10 days for refund.It came on 10th day very late.
