[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Refund not credited but paid dues

Hello,
My name is Jai Ganesh, I tried to make rent payments using Dhani's one freedom card, but the transaction failed. but the refund is not credited to the card, but I paid my dues for the failed transaction. how can I claim the refund and my due amount? Please resolve the problem.
