I ordered a iQOO Z3 5G smartphone of ₹17990 from Amazon using Dhani Rupay Debit card on 18th November 2021. I cancelled it on the same day. But, I haven't received my refund till today. I ordered product of ₹1000.70 on 24 July 2021. But, I received product of approximately ₹500 only. On Contacting customer support, I came to know that many products had been cancelled from there side & they promised that I will get refund for that within 7 days but I didn't received till today.
