[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Refund not Credited Yet

I've done a transaction on Mobikwik using Dhani One Freedom Card and transaction failed but money has been debited. I've been harrassed to pay the EMI and refund has not been credited yet.

What kind of excuse do you even ask..!?

Customer support called me and asked to wait 30 days for refund and in mail you've stated 7-10 days..Take years to refund and harass me to pay EMI for the amount not settled to anyone..Well-done Team Dhani..Keep Up the worst service...🙌🏻👏👏

Hey Fraud App support.. Where is the resolution..you asked me to wait for 30days for refund and it's Day31.. Now you expect me to wait for an year for refund..😌..Have some commonsense and act with your customers.. Didn't Provide the refund even after 30days and demanding for emi payment.. Now Fraud App...No Refund Provided yet for the transaction that had failed a month ago where the merchant has already initiated the transaction immediately after the failure of transaction and this useless DhaniPay support has told me to wait for 30days for refund and now it's more than 30days and now they expect me to wait for one year and pay the EMI for unused transaction of mine..People reading this complaint please stop using dhani pay immediately.. because you don't know if it takes months or years for a refund if the transaction fails and you have to pay the emi for the failed transaction even..So stop using this ### all..#Fraud App#Bakwass Dhani Pay #Chor Dhani Pay#No Resolution provided from 32Days
