[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Refund not processed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased from AJIO on 18th July (Order ID: FL[protected]) and at the time of payment I used Dhani Pay Card (attaching Transaction Statement for your reference).

On 24th July, I have returned an item (#RT41426433 also return mail attached in trailing mail) and they have refunded the amount to the source account, i.e. Dhani Pay Card. The amount to be refunded to prepaid mode i.e. Dhani Pay Card is Rs. Rs. 2415.17.

Its been around a week and I have not received my refund. I have earlier made returns to AJIO using my bank card and its gets credited same day but here its been over a week.

I request you to process my refund as soon as possible. Attaching necessary screenshot for your reference.
