[Resolved] IndiaBulls — refund problem

7th fab i paid manually payment 1550 rs which is showed in the app, but those people again 2313 rupees debited from my account, i call them to discuss this problem, they are giving time to refund for 1550 rs but still 8months is completed my amount does not come back, they are always told to me we will refund in two days, but they are not refunded that amount, please solving my issue, iassue number referance number is 0448380

Updated by Bongu13 in Fab 7th 2019 i was paid manully with andhra bank account 1550 rupees which is showed in india bullsbulls App, actul my emi is 2313, but the app is showed 1550 rs thats y i apaid, but after 8th feb they will debited 2313 from my idbi account, so many times i called them but they sad ans it will refund in 2days but 6 months is completed its not refundeed still, i will attach here some proofs please consider that proofs.
