It's almost 5days I don't have yet recieved my refund back to dhani wallet
Actually on 18/08/21 at around 12 57 pm
I made a transaction to Paytm payments bank which I entered incorrect account number, no of digits must be 12 but I entered 11 and correct IFSC code PYTM0123456
I enquired as dhani said it has sent to your bank, so I messaged and re requested Paytm that is 11 digits account number is actually available or not .as Paytm confirmed we don't have an account as u given, soon u will be refunded as it was not even spotted with Paytm . As dhani said same but when I asking them they simply says it has credited to bank, how fraud it was? How it can send to a bank with correct IFSC code, and an account that even doesn't exist.
Even I enquired with NEFT they also said same ...and check with the bank which was initiated transaction
