Hi sir,

This mail is regarding personal loan. My application no. Is pl04264357. I have given my all documents to executive on 23/03/2018. But he didn't taken my biometric. After that i have called many times to customer care for clear my biometric. But they didn't sending any executive for that. They keep telling me that they are updaing request for biometric. What kind of service is this, you guys say that get loan in 3 min. But your team have taken eight days, and i dont have any updates.. Why my loan is getting late and late, and your executive for biometric telling me that he'z not free and dont have time, if you want complaint against me then you can.
