IndiaBulls — Settlement amount clear and not closing account

Hi, sunita gola this side my loan account no is "IDHADEL08240708" I got message from India bulls dhani that you have some dues. I tried to called customer care and ask any dues towards me. They confirmed me you have not any out standing amount. My previous loan was closed and I got received noc recently. But there is some amount dues in my knowledge towards me. When I open dhani app the app doesn't show any amount. No problem, but when I get dues messages and settlement messgaes the link does not work.after some days I got link from razor pay site. I paid my settlement amount with proper loan account no. I paid all dues. But still India bulls not close my account and not update my money. I am sharing some screen shots. And paid message also. Kindly focus on it. I am totally dipressed from dhani company. I wrote main mail. But they didn't reply. I have paid settlement amount. But giving me messages again and again.
