IndiaBulls — They are not cancelling my one freedom plan

My name is Raghav Malhotra, my customer id - [protected], my registered mobile number is - [protected]

By mistake i have activated the one freedom plan and they charged 500rs for it . I want to cancel that plan i got cancelling option on "5th Feb 2021" i cancelled my plan still its active i contacted customer support they are not responding me, i visited their office still no response what should i do . This is a fraud company . Please help me . I am attaching the screenshots
