[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — two months of emi deducted even after i have paid the total amount mentioned in the foreclosure letter

Hi,

I was having a loan with account number - iperpun01015302.
I have raised a request for the foreclosure of my loan in the month of october 2018. I have received a foreclosure letter on 08/10/2018 with total amount of rs.118, 095.76. I have attached this letter in the attachments.
I have paid this amount on 10/10/2018 through dd (Rs.113230/-) and cheque (Rs.5052/-). I even received the receipts.
The company name mentioned was 'ivl finance limited' to which i supposed to pay the amount and the same was mentioned in the letter.
I have given in the dd in favour of the name mentioned in the letter.
I did not receive any noc from the company and moreover they have deducted on emi amount of rs.3835/- in the month of november.
I have reached out to customer care for literally 2 months but there was no help from them.
In the month of january, a person from indiabulls called me stating that your loan has been not closed due the name change of company.
I told him that i have given you as i received the letter from the company.
But still they didn't listen to me and bluddy # guy who was looking after these issues was talking very rudely stating that if you want to close you need to pay one more emi and then we will give you the latest name of the company and you need to pay to this account.
He told me that we will refund you 2 months of emi as it was company mistake. Then i trusted him and paid him one emi of rs.3835/- on 03/01/2019. He even mentioned on the receipt that he will refund 2 months of emi of rs.7670/- but he didn't do this.
I have given the dd by changing the campany name to 'indiabulls consumer finance limited' with total amount of rs.113230/-
But they have mentioned on the foreclosure letter of rs.110, 474.98.
And the person named anvar sayyed told me we will deposit two months of emi of rs.7670/- to your bank account. I have given him the cancelled cheque too but still there was no response.

This is ridiculous company where they don't follow any rules and their policies too.
I need my money which i have unnecessarily paid ie. Rs.7670/-
Even if there was no mistake of mine.
