[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Wallet to bank transfer pending

I did wallet to bank transfer on 8th February, amount is 575. Even after 3 days also not reflecting in the bank statement.
I'm calling to customer care and they are saying to wait till evening. This reply is coming from them daily.
For checking once again I did 452 rupees transfer on 10th Feb. Even this one also pending. What the hell is going on. If we do transaction on late night they are going to settle in the morning, but, here they are failing. Particularly, if we do transaction after 8 pm they are going to fail in dhani.
