IndiaBulls — Wrong CIBIL Reporting

I used Dhani Freedom card of Rs.379.00 Loan A/c No.CL13329850 Agreement No.IDOFDEL09708904 dated 12/02/2021.I already paid all installment on time without any delay through your Dhani application.A loan of Rs.379.00 opened in my cibil report in Feb 2021 and closed in my cibil in April 2021 which shows no overdue and no EMI due because i paid my all EMI on time.But today when i downloaded my updated CIBIL report which shows again same loan amount Rs.379.00 in my report and shows amount overdue of Rs.127.00.How can it possible when you closed my loan in April 2021 in CIBIL report.

I mailed you in November 2021 when I received a call from your side and you replied with my account statement with zero outstanding and now you created a new loan in my CIBIL and others bureaus which shows a delay in payment from 231 days.

So this is a request to you please remove this account from my cibil and others bureaus otherwise I will take legal action against you.

Updated by neerajchutani As discussed with your customer care executive you already received the payment against my loan. He assured that my payment will be updated in dhani application in 4 Days and also my CIBIL record will be corrected.

I complaint you here on 24th January but till date issue not resolved.

Shame on you. You cant update a payment after 11 month of receipt.
