IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company — Non-receipt of maturity amount-bogus cust. service

I'm a customer of this company since 2010(last five years).On completion of five years, they have a condition by which we can surrender the policy and get the payment proceeds available at the time of redemption. I applied for the same about a month ago and still I have not got a satisfactory reply from their representatives regarding the status of my payment. These very same people used to call and sms me repeatedly when my payment due dates were about to come near but when its time to provide service, they're making excuses. It is best to avoid this comopany.Instead go for the good old LIC.I recently got my maturity amount due with LIC within a day after the maturity.This is called service. I repeat.STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY SAFE.Also, the money parked in their(Indiafirst) policy didn't even earn me return eqaul to savings bank account.So, for all, keep away your hard earned money from these people.
