Order Tracking ID : MVOp7J This is the worst experience i had with your website today . I ordered flowers for my brother in Hisar, since morning i am tracking my order and you people did not deliver it . When in late evening the person called the recipient, he is saying the flowers have dried? What the hell is this ? is this my problem ? who will take care of this ? what kind of a website are you ? when is called the person responsible, he was highly rude with me, , did not share his name, and also said """ki app karlo jo karna hai ."". is this the way you deal with your customers? I made over 15 calls to track my order.. and is this the way to answer? You have already spoiled the surprise and the occasion and still you people are dealing this way ? Now i not only need a refund for my money but also want an action to be taken for the stupid and arrogant staff . This is highly unprofessional ... of your team ..
