My brother, after paying huge amount took its franchisee. Initially it was okay. However, after first order it changed completely. They started altering the order items on their own, without consent of consumer. Also, the product were not delivered on designated place. The consumer required to transport the items to their location with additional cost. This ultimately lead to spending too much on the product and that too with undesired items.
On enquiry, Mr, Ahuja and his team gave very rude reply and didnt refund the amount too.
This company has no concern about them being violating the contract.
My brother had to pay the cost to the consumers. Because he was one who approached people for selling the products.
My brother served several legal notices which Mr Ahuja denied to accept from postman and returned the same stating that address is wrong. However, the Indiagosolar website top shows same address.
