Dear majesty,
I don’t know the legal language and i don’t want to harm anybody, i am concerned about my hard-earned money, please resolve the matter at the earliest.
I had been cheated for rs 11700/- by dr. Harish ahuja, founder, and ceo of indiagosolar.in company name global vision techengineering private limited had conducted the seminar at hotel hometel, industrial area phase 1, chandigarh on dated 10/8/2019. They had given the commitment to the mohali franchise.
I am working on that day after the seminar, he called me in the room 509, sitting alone, in spite of my refusal for not paying today (I. E. 10/8/19), insisted me to swipe my card for 11700/-.
He wanted to do business part-time, after coming back i checked with my other engagements to free some time to do the work for indiagosolar, but it was hard to do.
I made a written request to dr. Harish ahuja, [protected], [protected], [protected]@indiagosolar.in; to refund my money of rs 11700/- on 17/8/19 saying i may not be able to pay any money further, please refund my money.
Afterward, i received a call from his side again motivating me to do the business, saying he will give me more time to pay for the franchise.
I made another try and sent mail, asking the support from him for doing this business, but his words are different than his doing.
Sir, i don’t want anything other than the money back, which i paid by my credit card on that day, the attachment is enclosed.
