I recharged my jio number [protected] on sept 8, 2017 through upi service. An amout of rs 399 (Three hundred and ninty nine) was paid to the upi add res [protected]@icici (Upi reference no[protected]. But the recharge was not completed, and the amout is not refunded yet to my account, even after six days. Kindly review the complaint and initiate the refund. Was this information helpful? I just complained about non refund of my amout deducted against a recharge of rs 399, that was not completed. As soon as i submitted my complaint regarding the subject i got a call from no. [protected]. A male voice pretending to be operating on the behalf of complaint resolving authority and promising the refund started asking the confidential details of my card.
