Sir/madam,

I have recharged my jio number amounting rs 399.. Using jio app and payment has been done by using google pay to [protected]@icicic. The respective amount has been deducted from my bank account but recharge is not done.
The proof of payment has been attached..
Kindly see into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible and refunfd my money.
