Indiamags.com — Magazine Subscription - not fulfilled

I have booked a magazine subscription from this website on 23rd Oct 2020. I have been told that the issue will start from Jan'2021. However till now, I have not received a single issue, they are not refunding my money as well.

I would like to get my money back or magazine issues for 2021.
