Date of Incident 08th October 2023

I have paid for the digital subscription for a magazine on 26th August 2023 online. India mags ref - Order #[protected]. They have never sent me the credential for the digital version. Have sent 2 chasers no response from them. I have requested to send the login credentials for the digital magazine I have subscriber OR return my money. No response. would appreciate to honor or return my money ASAP.

I placed a subscription for car India magazine on May 25 2022 order number[protected]and the charges were debited on the same day. I haven't received any communication from their side. Tried them via email but no response.

I have paid full subscription fees for both magazines in july 2022 and never received any copy till now. They haven’t responded to my mails as well as calls. Please respond when the deliveries will start and if not plz refund the hard earned money, its not funny to make fool of ppl who genuinely want their kids to read good content and develop a habit of reading regularly!

I ordered national geographic kds magazine 2 years subscription on 19th feb 2021 with full payment in advance via order no.[protected] but deliveries have not yet started. multiple emails and calls have gone unanswered. now they have stopped responding to calls.

I have subscribed to architectural digest since 1 year and not receiving any copy. whenever i complaint the reply with excuse of covid even now everything is normal same reason they give. and there is no option of refund they just want you to change to other magazine .

I placed an order (all details in the screenshot below) with INDIAMAGS during September and my order is still in PROCESSING status. Contacted them many times, but the same response that it will be done tomorrow, this week, next week, soon, etc, etc. When asked for a refund, they said that my order has already been Processed, but the tracking details say otherwise. I need my hard-earned money to be refunded to me, as I am frustrated now and I don't need their magazines anymore.

The above mentioned order is still not activated after 3 months passed. Now the emails are non responsive and the customer care also are not operational. I doubt the company has done the fraud with customers and looted away.

I have paid in Sep 2021 for Business world magazine annual subscription. I have not yet received the magazine. There is no response from the company.

I purchased a subscription of national geographic kids for 2 years on 19th feb 2021 via order no #[protected]. Till today even after over 9 months i have not received any issue. Now customer care has stopped answering my calls and request to refund money via email also was not answered.
this website is a big fraud and everybody should stay away from them.

I had purchased a magazine from the above website called indiamags vide order no.[protected] dated 08/05/2021 but I have not received any of such magazine till date. Upon enquiry in the site it states that the same is still under process. I failed to understand how can it take 5 months to provide a copy of the magazine. I had lodged several complaints at the site but no action was initiated.

We have ordered 3 Magazines ( annual subscription ). Magazines didn't get deliver, Status is completely blank. We tried to contact their team but they are so unprofessional they have no idea about the status of their products. We've applied for the refund process in March 2021 according to their policies shared all related docs as they required. it's mid October today we haven't received our refund yet. We've sent them dozens of Mails on revert they always gives ask for one week time and nothing happened yet. Their customer care service is doing the same and proved their service as completely helpless. We need a proper action regards our complain.

I have booked a magazine subscription from this website on 23rd Oct 2020. I have been told that the issue will start from Jan'2021. However till now, I have not received a single issue, they are not refunding my money as well.

Dear Sir, I didn't received magazines till now after the subscription of dated 07/06/2021. Several emails also company not responding.

Please asking the enquiry regarding this subscription or if can't they have to pay back my amount.
