We have been facing loss of business due to false commitments given to us by the team at india mart.

1) we started selling a new fast selling product though your website and promoted the product link through several channels.

2) we want to sell the product all india and wanted the option of all india visibility with “deals in” option.

3) we were informed by your sales team that it is only possible with mdc listing

4) we were informed that we can have monthly subscription for mdc and have to make payment of 5000 for setup

5) after making initial payment of 5000 we were informed that only annual subscription is possible and if we don’t make annual payment then our account will be blacklisted

6) after starting the process for mdc we were informed by your team that we have to delete the new fast selling product or else they will reject our account

Please inform if it is the objective of indiamart to deceive clients and force sell them indiamart services and to make clients loose business.

        Indiamart is such a fraud company. While doing tie up they will do every possible commitment and convince you but at the time of giving service they will be zero. I have asked multiple times to discontinue the service but they are still deducting the money (Inr 3000/-) from my bank account.
        In india they have done expansion and i believe there are many customers who are stuck up in their grip of scam. Never fall for india mart services. Its a ponzy activity done by them to cheat the people of india.

          Dear team,
          I have selected vendor from indiamart with trust seal verified vendor from indiamart. M/s m/s mjl laboratory instruments and equipments. Agreed to delivery product with in reciept of advance payment. After three day i have release cheque of 24000/- on 22-jan-2020. Before that vendor used call every day more than 20 time for payment. 23-jan-2020 cheque got deliverd after that vendor is not picking calls. I have approched and given complaing in indiamart. Even there is no help from indiamart side.

          I have given complaint on[protected]. I have given compalint id ticket id: 3538345. Even then indiamart is supporing supplier. I dont know what to do on this.
          Dear friend - my recommendation please dont go with indiamart services for enquires and supplier registered in india mart.

          Worst service from indiamart and team. Please suggest me now i dnot want material now. My company production is shutdown of poor vendo i have selected from indiamart veriefied suppliers list.

          How indiamart is rectify the my comapny problem.

Till this date no response from him and money is auto debiting from account. I need immediate response from your side or cancel the business and refund the total ₹8000.                 We had stop the services of the indiamart on october 2019 and stop my ecs payment. But after two months 0n 16th dec, indiamart present ecs on my bank and debit my bank account of rs 3000/-. I have complained against this fraud with customer care they demand 24 to 48 hours to resolve this problem and refund my amount. Yet we have not receive my amount refund so please refund my amount asap.

                  Today i got a call during client meeting from the customer service executive of indiamart regarding joining their paid membership programme for digital marketing. Actually he had discussed the terms & conditions of joining this, few days back. But somehow due to busy schedule, i forgot to activate the online link and do the transaction.

                  Thats it! I think i have done this much to make him use harsh and high tone on the call! He used some hard words!
                  N believe me my phone was on loudspeaker!
                  In front of my client, i felt embarrassed!
                  I replied, “is this the way you approach all your clients? Is this the way indiamart promote the business? Lets please cut the call.”
                  Saying “thanks for wasting my time” he cuts the call.

                  After around a hour, a got another call from the dealing hand who dealt with me from indiamart complaining my mistake to not crediting the amount.
                  I just give her the feedback about the previous call, and how embarrassing his words prove in front of a client. And asked her “ do they record calls” and she simply smiled and said, “ no sir, we don’t”.

                  She tried hard to convince me to do the transaction and get the membership, somehow i believe to hold on the transaction for some more days.

                    Hi, I want to close my seller account with Indiamart as I am not getting any relevant leads. The customer care service has been pathetic during my three months. They are not closing my account now. At the time of starting my account, I was told that I can delete my account after 3 months by their executive but now they are refusing to do the same. They are trying to sell me upgraded packages but I don't want to continue with them anyhow.

                      I need your urgent intervention in below matter as its done through the indiamart website portal.

                      I have searched a seller for a4 size paper from india mart portal between 1st oct -15th oct 2019 from which i have received multiple quotation from clover livestock ltd was lowest. Hence i made my mind to go with clover livestock and he shared us whatsapp no as[protected].

                      From there we had discussion for rates and etc. After confirming rates we ordered to 500reams and made total payment of 32000/- to clover livestock with installment of two times sending 16000/- with upi transaction no.[protected] and[protected].

                      As safer side i have call online no. Of indiamart where they taken one complaint as "3315485"
                      Kindly respond to my issue.
                      Should i file a complaint with local police station.

                        I purchased indiamart buyleads package and when i paid i got call for verification and i teold him everything about my company but at last he asked me a silly question "what is login time period?" i said i didn't remember but i write in my diary but he said sorry i block you for 3 months, i was shocked i mean i am not giving any kind of exam or viva what the hell is this.                         Indiamart takes 25% of the total scammed amount from the listed and verified seller in order to ignore the complaints registered by the consumer. They will ask you for the fraud amount and incident and evidences and stuff once you give them everything they contact the seller and negotiate from 20 to 25% of their total scammed amount and in return give a deaf hear to the consumers in the next call they make.                           I contacted one of the verified suppliers dr jems medpluss mysore karnataka for beverages box. I ordered for the minimum quantity which is 50 boxes of rs 1000 each and transferred rs 10000 as advance payment demanded by him. As soon i transferred the seller told me that his bank account has been freezed and my money has been frozen too. So i have to pay another 10000 only then he would dispatch my boxes. Lolll... Really in order to save my 10000 i have to give these cheaters another 10000 so told them that as soon as my money is realeased from his account then he can dispatch my shipment but he kept on telling me that i have to transfer 10000 today only otherwise he said i would not get the money i have already deposited. I told him i don't want the boxes anymore and to refund my money but that so called dr jems said that only if i transfer more 10000 i would get my 10000 on delivery and hung up on me. When i called him back again he started abusing. Seriously?? He clearly scammed me and also had the audacity to ask for more money and abuse me for not giving it this seller is still listed on indiamart and indiamart has nothing to do with it they said. I am not asking for money from indiamart but just telling them to contact the seller or remove him from your list. Neither of this was done. No action was taken by indiamart. I have provided them with all the evidence. Including the transfer details and audio clips of telephonuc conversation i had with doctor jems. Whatever they asked i did but no revert. It's really disappointing. It's the worst site. Indiamart is not reliable neither for buyers or sellers. This dr jems also provide fake medicines and injections and he claims to be the head of sales department for medpluss. So beware. I will be sharing the link of this seller.

                            We are a register as a paid seller there on last month and after that we got a call on 21aug from a register seller there name rs collection and the concern person name is sunil mathnani and he is register as a seller on indiamart and we believe on it as he connect us through indiamart. After that we done a deal of 289000 and send our kurti and kurta plazo package to him as the register address is same as he told to us and gst is also same as he gives to us and as on indiamart.
                            He gives us cheque of 289000 by hand and the person who gives it to us name us aaku mana and he told us that he is the son of sunil. After that we dispatch the package of 289000 and the cheque is bounce on next day and the person block our number and whats app also.
                            Now we are surprise when we talk to indiamart about this thing they told us that they did not verify a free seller and anyone can make a profile there in free. We told them that a verified sign is on this seller but they told us that anyone can got this.
                            The prima fqacing we find that indiamart give a platform to such type of cheaters and give a identity of indiamart to do this fraud.
                            We need our money back and as indiamart provide this to us we totally blame there role and need our money refund.

                              We received a call through indiamart from the no - [protected] on 02/09/19 at 04:53 pm .he enquired about prices for the product - barcode scanner ( model-QD2131) through my registered company.he also confirmed to buy further.but we insist him to pay an advance amount for the product through online.but he told he can pay only through Google play as he is an army officer he cannot use any other mode of transaction.we believe him as he is from indiamart and so we too accepted for the Google pay.once he verified for a less amount of rs.5/-transaction to confirm we accepted the transaction..a few minutes later an amount of Rs.5000 /-debited from our account..when we call him..he dnt pick up the call..and not responding further.yesterday the complaint was given to customer care...we are requesting an action regarding this and please help us to get back our amount of Rs.5000/-

                                We have taken IndiaMart seller service around 10 months back, cost was Rs. 3000 per month and it was deducting directly from our bank account through ECS every month.

                                We were completely unsatisfied with the services offered and wanted to close our account. They said after 6 months i can apply for closure of our account.

                                Now its more than 9 months but they are not closing our account, and every month 3K is deducting from our account.

                                On 4th of July 2019, they have written a mail to me (Pfa attach file) stating that 5th will be the last payment and after that there won't be any deduction.

                                After their mail confirmation also on below date amount was deducted.

                                30th July 2019 - Rs. 3000 deducted (Pfa attach file)
                                and for 30th Aug 2019 - I am getting a message that again Rs. 3000 will be deducted.

                                    we have already purchase a package in which you promised us to give 14 buy-leads but as you know last week you have cut the 7 buy leads by your own. when I approached our given no of relationship manager and helpline also nobody hep me and no relaxation given to me even they deny to pic my calls, then i write in feedback column then somebody called me and resolves the problems but we waste our three days and many calls we have to do.
                                    in the mean time some useful buy-leads consumed by another supplier. and in the same time we loose our business so, you are requested not to do this again in any cost.

                                    Now you are saying that if we are unable to attend some calls then you again cut our buy-leads then this is not justified and acceptable also. you are no right to cut the already purchased buy-leads for that we have paid you in advance.

                                    If we missed any call this may be so much reasons we will be in meeting, driving and we can call back to them some time these calls may be odd times also we have to leave them.
                                    it does not means that you will cut our facilities for which we have already paid in advance.
                                    At last we again request you that no cutting or alteration shall be done with our purchased package.
