SIR,
I have the honour to state that I Ex Sgt Tarakeshwar Rano SER NO. - 710639-G Trade - Med/Asst. I had retired from service W.E.F 24.08.2012(Length of service - 24 years 03 months 20 days- Pre-mature retired) I had issued two ppos are 0008/14/B/11149/2013 and 08/14/B/COR/41158/2014. Till date I had not received any revised ppo or e-ppo. please intervene my subject by which I enable to received a e-ppo with new basic and all arrears. I am attaching both ppos. Total retirement benefit money also i had not received correctly as i had not received encashment of leave money. You are requested to do a needful. Thanking you Sir.
